Refund and Return Policy

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email noxivexbusiness@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
You do not need to ship the item back to us in these cases.
Change of mind
If you simply no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Contact us at noxivexbusiness@gmail.com first for return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be processed or refunded.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Items we cannot accept back
- Personal care and beauty items that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Order cancellations
You can cancel any order that has not yet been dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under the change-of-mind terms above.
Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it to your account.
Package not delivered
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your parcel, contact us within 7 days. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund you in full.
EU and UK customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in addition to the rights above. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
