Why NOXIVEX exists

NOXIVEX started with a simple frustration: the small things that make a day easier are usually either overpriced or badly made. A neck fan that dies in an hour. Packing cubes that split at the seam. A posture brace that digs in after ten minutes.

We started sourcing directly so we could cut out the layers of markup and put the difference into picking better versions of the same product. Everything we list, we choose ourselves.

How we work

We are a small independent operation, not a marketplace. We keep our range deliberately narrow — a handful of categories we actually understand — rather than listing thousands of items we have never handled.

Our products ship directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse to you. That is how we keep prices where they are. It also means delivery takes longer than a same-day marketplace, and we would rather tell you that upfront than surprise you after checkout. Typical delivery to the United States is 7 to 15 business days.

What we promise

• Honest delivery estimates. We quote the real range, not the best case.
• A real person answers. Email reaches us directly, not a ticket queue.
• If it arrives wrong, we fix it. Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — send us a photo and we sort it out. No return shipping required on our end.

NOXIVEX is based in Punjab, Pakistan, and serves customers primarily in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe and Australia.
